The repair process was quick and very easy on me thanks to their partnership with enterprise. When I was finally able to come on for the repair everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was that the parts I needed had a three month backorder. While I understand that this out of our control I would have appreciated monthly follow ups to let me know the part still hadn’t come in. When I called in to ask the admin staff had zero information and was not as friendly.
