My Chevy Colorado was completed on time. Everyone at Gerber that I came in contact with was polite and professional. The receptionist was very helpful with taking care of such details as calling the car rental company to arrange my pickup, explaining the warranty on the repairs, as well as providing me copies of all documents for my records. They seemed genuinely understanding about the situation I was in when my vehicle was vandalized and inoperable, and although the vandalism impacted the gas tank area and not the exterior paint/body, my truck was returned to me washed and very clean.

Phil and his team are and were outstanding the gave a me a deadline and met it kept me up to date every step of the way, never knew or wondered what was happening. They were always communicative. If there was an issue they called as far as service. The car looked immaculate like it never looked before when I got it back, so Phil’s team did a phenomenal job.

Everybody was super nice to me. They explained everything to me, they kept me updated at every step of the way. And I even accidentally left something in the rental car that I dropped off there and it was after closing and they stayed a little after so I could come back and grab it! My car also looks fantastic and they told me to let them know if I had any issues! 1000/10!!!
