Rachel, the receptionist and the manager, I believe her name is Corene are the absolute best. They were so sweet and professional to me even though I had a million questions and had to reschedule my drop off appointment a few times due to work scheduling. They were so accommodating when it came to contacting the insurance company and making sure everything was squared away and made sure I didn’t have to even lift a finger to make sure everything was taking care of with insurance

I can’t begin to say how thankful I am For the people at Gerber for not only fixing my car faster then expected, they put up with my awful insurance company and kept me updated every day! They were on my side and really helped me out when other body shops refused. I can’t say just how amazing these people are for helping me out after my accident.

It was a wonderful experience and the Manager was so helpful and professional. Her stance on quality was immaculate. She refused spare parts that came to the shop that doesn't meet her quality standards, she right away rejected them. I cannot distinguish the refurbished car from the original. I am proud of this lady and you should be too!! Thank you for having her take care of my car!! I am 100% referring my friends whoever wants repair work on their car.
