They ladies Marleen and Rachel was very professional. Any questions I needed answered it was with satisfaction. I never had to call for updates about the vehicle and repairs. The only time I called was to know will it be alright to leave the rental car and to let me know what time I could pick the vehicle before they close because I work at night. Overall my experience with Gerber collision "EXCELLENT "!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful! They helped us when the rental company failed to send us a car to pick us up, they called the company and had one out in 10 minutes. If I ever need car work done again, I will definitely be coming back!
