Everyone was very friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. When I called for information about my vehicle, I was never told I would get a call back from whomever was assigned to the job. Instead, no matter who took the call followed through and got the information I requested. I have already recommended Gerber to a friend. The receptionist (so sorry, her name escapes me) is outstanding. Thank you!

The Gerber team are outstanding. The did a very in-depth evaluation of my car damage and the necessary work to be done. Discussed everything clearly and listened/answered all my questions. They communicated throughout the process and completed the work ahead of the scheduled time. I was treated with such respect and kindness. They far exceeded my expectations!
