Repair Quality

I had a hole in my drivers side door fixed. When I picked up my vehicle there was a burn hole in my drivers seat which I let them know about right away. I was also missing the running board on my drivers side and my drivers side door rattled when it opened and closed and I could hear wind whistling when I drove it. When I took the vehicle back in 2 days later to get the running board put back on I mentioned the rattle in the door which they didn’t fix when they put the running board back on. They also accused me of lying about the burn hole in my seat and said it would have been impossible for them to have done. The service manager went as far as telling me it looked like a cigarette burn and his detailer pulled a bunch of cigarettes out of my vehicle. (I don’t smoke and they left trash in my backseat). After arguing for a bit he eventually agreed to fix the burn hole because they didn’t have pictures of the condition of the car when they took it in. I’m still waiting to hear back on when they will have that part in. I had to take my vehicle to another shot to get my door rattle and the wind sound fixed.

Customer Service

Service was fine up until they told me they didn’t put the burn hole in my seat. Accused me of making it up to get a free repair and told me they pulled a bunch of cigarettes out of my vehicle. Even after the guy agreed to fix it he didn’t wouldn’t admit they put the hole in my seat.
