The woman i dealt with was vert helpful and kept me updated on the status of my repair. She made the process very clear. I would recommend her if someone asked me for a referral.

Communication was the worse of the worst! I tried calling Gerber Collision several times regarding my order of my side mirror and left several messages with no reply. 3 times I had to get AllState involved of which Gerber. My agent called them twice and talked with them. She said they seemed very unorganised and had the parts and they will reach out to me to set an appointment to repair the mirror, but they never called me. It was every frustrating, but I eventually got hold of them and they told I had to wait another week to install the mirror because that will gave time to polish it…. Don’t forget the had the mirror more than two weeks prior. I ask if it takes 3 weeks to polish a mirror and they said yes. I wanted to switch to another workshops but I was told that I would have to pay for their parts. With that said, I will never refer or got back to Gerber Collision for service.

Breanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. Breanna kept me updated via text messages and phone calls regarding the repairs on my vehicle. I was extremely pleased they were able to complete the repairs earlier than expected and they did an amazing job. I would more than likely use them again if the need ever arises again.
