Everyone in the office was very nice and very friendly. When I dropped off my car as well as when I picked it up Javi was great at explaining everything and allowing me to ask questions. If I ever need any other car body repairs, Gerber will be my go to place.

I had to take the vehicle back because there were many things that wasn’t completely done.

The gentleman that inspected the car told me that something was going to be replaced but after I was given the car back , I asked him about it and he told me that the insurance would not cover it and after I went back to the insurance company they ( the insurance company) said that the windshield was never mentioned so the insurance company is now sending someone out to look at.

The whole experience was completely painless. The communication with Juan was excellent. They set a reasonable expectation to have the car ready and still managed to finish a day early. They also worked with my car rental company so that I could drive my rental there and they took care of the handoff. I highly recommend Gerber, especially the Romeoville location!
