My ceiling panel was left filthy, one of my amplifiers on the driver side rear is scratched really bad, my clips for my back wall panel are missing and some parts not assembled back correctly, my rear glass was left very dirty, I stopped by Saturday and showed Parla in the office but no one else was there to address the issues

From the time I got my estimate to when I dropped my car off and than the work was completed ...everyone was amazing and super friendly....kept me up to date every step of the way ...got my car back quicker than I thought which is great ...and it looked fantastic...I will be recommending Gerber in Romeoville to everyone from now on

I was in an accident and my car was still drivable. During this time my insurance company set an apt with Gerber. I went in, had the car looked at for an estimate, then brought it back for the repairs. It was estimated to be almost 3 weeks. I go my car back over a week before the estimated completion. I called a few times and had questions on the parts and time line of my repairs. Everyone was always super friendly. There was a ton of salt on the outside of my car since I couldn’t wash it while it was damaged, and from the accident I spilled a smoothie inside. Not only did the guys detail the outside but they wiped up the spills inside the car too. The experience was easy from insurance setting up the initial appointment and then the good service at gerber.

The service was amazing. Everybody I dealt with at this facility was great from the receptionist to the estimator and the person that was in charge of my repairs. Just amazing service. Communication was great. They want above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is taken care of they knew how much I love my truck and even though the damage wasn’t crazy, they went above and beyond to take care of it and that means a lot I would highly recommend Gerber collision and glass to a friend and if anything ever happens again to my vehicles, I would definitely come back.
