Kori Williams and his entire team were fantastic. I was amazed how professional and courteous everyone was. When I dropped off my truck , they made sure someone picked me up to get a car rental. There was communication everyday regarding the day my truck was to be ready. When I picked up my truck, it was like brand new. Usually surveys offer 10 stars as the best. If there was an 11, Gerber would definitely get one from me!

Staff were kind and efficient. One even went and got my cushion for the driver spot out of my car for me so I could use it in the rental. I am very short, so that kept me safe even in the rental.

Too soon to tell. We were asked 30 days to allow the pearl paint to cure. We will. USAA has waived the deductible but we paid it when we picked up the vehicle. It looked like it was after closing when they electronically paid the invoice. Can you credit us the $1000.00 to our credit card on Monday? Thank you! Joseph Shrawder
