Ok i don't know where to start but Mr Cori Williams ( i am not sure if i spelled it right) was the best , i was so stressful and not sure how the are going to handle my vehicle but i am thankful to Mr Cori Williams to take care of the entire situation, the service was fast and friendly. Mr Cori explained me their service process and the timeline very well as it was taking extra time but i didn't mind it since Mr Cori explained it to me in a very nice manner. His customer service is great and friendly. i would give Mr Cori 10 stars, thank you!

The Round Rock location was excellent. Jamell and Corey were extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process. They called each week with updates and answered all of my questions. Courtney was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful as well. Overall excellent customer service, excellent staff!

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with my experience with Gerber! From the front desk to the mechanic that worked on my car. They were very communicative through the entire process. When there was a minor issue they fixed it immediately and brought the car to my house so I could get to work on time. Amazing customer service from start to finish!!! 🙌
