Techs & office personnel do not communicate with each other / they were not prepared to sub out work they could not handle / told me my truck was ready then we were turned away & told it wasn't ready - needs better management & to learn internal & customer communications

Other shops I have used in the past have done the estimate and kept the car to start work on the same day. That would have been very convenient and customer friendly if that could be the case with your shop. Having to make two separate trips is inconvenient

Everyone there were very nice and accommodating. Very professional and attentive. Howard was amazing and helped get my car done before origional completion day.
