I used another shop when this same car was hit by another car last year. Since their insurance handled, I took it to the recommended place of the tow truck driver. That place was 10x faster and detailed my car before I picked it up. This shop took a very long time to even get to the estimate and while they cleaned it, it was not nearly as nice as the other shop. Can’t recommned.

Was told car would be ready Sunday, if I was willing to pick it up with no mirror (what?) , I said I could wait til Monday. I then got no call so checked in Monday Pm and hey said all that needed was to have mirror put on by Honda, but that they “just found out” they needed Honda to calibrate the mirror camera. Then was told ready Tuesday. Then heard nothing so I called Tuesday PM and was told they “just got it back from Honda” and wouldn’t have it ready told wednesday. This all resulted in me keeping the rental car 4 extra days than I would have had I known.

The body work was great and we appreciated you cleaning the interior of the car. But the cleaning fluid you used on the interior really smells bad. We're hoping the smell goes away quickly
