I really appreciated how Gerber was able to take my concerns and have a comprehensive repair plan that fixed the issues my Prius was having. Benny was excellent in listening and documenting the extent of the incident and seen and not easily seen damages.

They were nice and friendly but the state of the returned vehicle would definitely keep me from recommending them.

The repair on the front bumper was pretty good. The paint job showed several spots where dust landed on the vehicle during the painting process.

My wife picked up our car and unfortunately did not look over it closely. There was a new ding on the fender. This car is just a couple months old so it was in brand new condition. Since she did not point out this new damage when picking up. I’m not sure there is anything we can do about it but I am pretty disappointed with Gerber car of our new car.
