The new trim piece has a scratch on it. Additionally, while car was in Gerber’s possession, the rear passenger side of the car was involved in a collision. All this means I have to make time again to come back to the shop.

While the primary employee helping me was understanding and immediately took blame, the other two employees in the office kept trying to find a way to blame me for the damage despite the fact that the check out sheet did not indicate the damage and I have no record of such damage.

All in all, I’m very happy with the service and the workmanship.I think the checking in and checking out process could be streamlined. When I checked in, office, staff did not have ready access to the estimate that was sent to me weeks before because the person who sent it was not working that day. The checking out process was a little delayed, I think because of some computer issues and the staff person responsible for getting my car was busy with other customers.
