I appreciate Dan and the female at the front desk for being accommodating and helpful everytime I stepped foot into Gerber. My vehicle looks brand new and was done faster than I thought. I would definitely recommend Dan to anybody I know that is in need of his services

If you like doing business with an autobody repair shop that does not even check to see if the frame is bent after an accident this is your place. They charged me over $13,000 to fix the front end of my truck after it was stolen. Since they never checked to see if the frame was bent before they did the repairs nothing lined up correctly with the repaired parts. This is what Dred Scott Automotive an independent Auto repair shop mechanic had to say about their work on my truck, “This vehicle needs to go back to Gerber Auto because the work was not done right. Caster on the drivers front wheel is too far towards the rear of the vehicle. Camber is off drivers front tipping in towards the front center of the vehicle. Toe is off on the front driver side. The rack was not centered when installed. The driver’s front upper control arm is wrong. The vehicle has all aluminum control arms but the body shop installed steel replacement instead. Alignment is off in many ways. There is a grinding noise from the front driver’s wheel when turning that is caused by driver’s rim rubbing on the upper control arm that was not installed correctly. Suspect the frame is bent.” Greber Auto denies anything is wrong with the vehicle and everything is fixed. They say it was not their responsibility to check the frame! They also deny that the front driver’s wheel is rubbing against the upper control arm. The service advisor did not seem to care when I told him I would be writing a bad review on their work.
