Service was remarkable! I brought in my Volvo XC90 to repair damage from a rear end accident.Dan, Carrie and their team went over the top with fantastic workmanship and high attention to detail. Everything went great. From start to finish Carrie Fritz did a fabulous job communicating process and expectations. Trevor Hoglund did an amazing jobs on the repair. Dropping car off, getting and returning rental, and picking up car was seemless!

For a newer car, I would absolutely recommend them. If an older car, I would still recommend them but with reservations.

I realize that it was difficult getting parts but it took such a long time to finish. The communication at first was rough but it got better once Shawn updated me by texts. I looked over the car, and there were lots of scratches on the driver side bumper and one part that was not painted. If they couldn’t fix it, at least go over the reasons why.
