I feel the job was done satisfactorily however I feel if I would have been able to keep my car until the parts needed were available or on hand I would not have been w/o a vehicle for roughly 5 months. I understand the supply issues but I believe this was drawn out way longer than necessary.

The outside of the car looks good, the inside is where I have some problems. There are scuffs and marks that were not there when I brought it in and dirt in places where it did not exist before. I did notice it makes creeks and rattles that it didn't before.

In the beginning the customer service was great, I was contacted twice a week with updates. As the process drug on the communication became less and not 100% accurate. I was told numerous times that it was in line for paint but 2-3 weeks later it still had not been painted. I was told it would be completed by March 29 but it was not until April 17. I do appreciate the fact that I was finally given a rental car on April 4 as my husband and I had been sharing 1 vehicle since December 29 when I had to return the rental my insurance provided. I also find it crazy how the estimate increased considerably from the initial one I received at the beginning of this process. I did find the people I was dealing with very pleasant but that did not help with a very frustrating situation.

Great job coloring matching the paint. Only flaw I've found is with the rear window being broken, the window does not match with the rest of the car (tinted windows).
