I was happy with my first experience for my other daughters rav 4 a few weeks before. But this experience wasn’t great. I did not mind that the parts were slow getting there. But the faxt they told me it would be completed a few times that morning and then randomly chanted their mind to The next day with another text 1-2 hours later. Then I was told They could not get a fog light part. So I was left without one. I Got home And within 5’minutes i had one on carparts.com and amazon had them too. They made it sound impossible to get the part and it took days of looking and still no part. Maybe expand Where you look.
