This was the worst claim experience. Gerber promised to fix the car in 4 days but they took 17 days. On top of that this place was highly unprofessional. They ignored my calls, manager Mia was completely useless. Assignee Ben was highly unprofessional. They lied so many times about getting my car ready. They never even apologized once for their unprofessional behavior. NEVER ever I will recommend Gerber to anyone.

This was the email I sent with no response Hi Mia, I will work on completing the survey for you. However, I have a couple of questions regarding the recent repairs on my 2014 Honda CR-V. When we initially brought the vehicle in, we discussed a noise coming from underneath the car following the accident. We subsequently took the car to Just Tires, where they informed us that the heat shield was loose and that the vehicle required an alignment. From my understanding someone backing into a car which caused an impact can require the car to need an alignment? Additionally, could you let me know if Gerber performed an alignment as part of the service, or if only the cosmetic work was completed before the car was returned to us? Everything A OK! Just waiting for a call for ordered part not yet received. Only concern is that the steering wheel is not perfectly centered and just a bit cockeyed to the left, somewhat annoying.
