Every time I called - the ladies who answered were always awesome. Were able to answer my questions and always nice. My only complaint is I was told I would get an update on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My car was there for 3 weeks and I never got an update unless I called.

The repair to damaged area appears to be awesome. There is a new dent/scratch on the opposite side of the car that I emailed about and didn't hear back. Also, not sure if it's related, the AC is now blowing on the passenger side which is where the repairs were done.
