The car was not repaired as planned. My daughter had to miss a class to bring it to the shop, only to find out that the required parts were not available. This resulted in an unnecessary trip and additional disruption to her schedule.

The manager informed me that my deductible would be reduced as compensation for this inconvenience. However, I ultimately ended up paying the full amount. They also offered to pick up my vehicle for the next appointment, but later attempted to backtrack on that commitment until I made it clear that I did not have time to bring the car to the shop myself. I have used this shop in the past and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was particularly disappointing. The lack of communication, unmet commitments, and overall handling of the issue fell well below the level of professionalism I had come to expect.

My car looks beautiful. Everyone, especially Ben and Olivia took such great care of me and my blue baby on wheels. I was kept well informed, and the quality control by Ben was excellent. They really care and appreciate what you go through when the car you love has been damaged. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
