I was told the car would be taken from Glenview to Elston for repair. I heard nothing about status & called there on Fri. It was not there & I waited on phone 15 min before it was located in Skokie. My phone number was not transferred correctly from Glenview. The car had large bird droppings on it when presented in the garage.
