I did not like the used parts they put on my car. my car is only a year old with less than 10,000 miles. The used headlight and hood look worse than my original parts. And the paint does not match.

Everything about the service I received from Gerber was fantastic! From the communication over the phone or the text updates, the customer service I received when I came in to get something out of my car to the walk through of services when I came to pick up my car, EVERYTHING was great! I am sure that is why USAA trusts you with their customers! I will definitely recommend Gerber to anybody I know who needs collision or other other such repairs! Thank you!

This was the 2nd time using Gerber to repair my vehicle & I must confess that I will always continue to be a loyal & satisfied customer. The customer service was exceptional. I was assisted by Danny Kim (Estimator) & he was very friendly, kind & attentive to making me feel at ease that my vehicle would be fixed in a timely manner. He was right!!! I was graciously greeted by Danny, who explained in detail the work that was performed on my vehicle to correct a fender-bender I had a week prior.
