The work done on my car has always been stellar from Gerber. The only complaint I have after my latest experience is that the waiting room in the Skokie IL office is EXTREMELY HOT! The sun glares in through the glass walls excruciatingly. I looked at the thermostat and it was reading 85 degrees! I sat in there for 3 hours. I had to go outside to cool off about every 10 minutes. Painful!
