When I received my car it looked amazing! The repair was seamless. My car looked brand new. They even cleaned it inside and washed it. The customer service was excellent. They helped me to get my rental from my insurance company. Great Job Gerber!

Every one was so nice and accommodating especially Teresa Frankie! Her customer service is excellent. She walked me through everything and made sure I received excellent care. And thank you for the car wash! I was afraid to take my vehicle to the car wash bc of what needed to be done. And it was full of bird poop. So I really appreciated that. Thank you guys for everything.

In the past, I’ve only dealt with dealerships in getting my vehicles repaired… Not anymore… I would only deal with Gerber collision now because everyone I’ve been in contact with was more than helpful and pleasant during such a frustrating time.
