Incorrect time to complete. If you told me it was going to take a week I would have waiting until you could do it in 3 days. You cost be $150 extra in rental car cost for no reason other than not providing a reasonable estimate.

A five day repair took over 3 weeks to complete. The communication was awful. I found out the day before I was supposed to pick up that my car wouldn't be ready, this is after I contacted my insurance first who called them. I wasn't not happy at all with the customer service. I gave 2 stars because the work was completed. I could have taken my vehicle anywhere else for cheaper though.
