My drivers side arm rest on the door was damaged during the repairs. I’m confident it wasn’t like this when I dropped off the car. The person I showed this to when I picked up the car said he would get back to me after he spoke with his manager. I haven’t heard back yet. I believe this should be fixed since it happened during this repair. Also, I’m unsatisfied with the Cherokee emblems that were replaced. I was told the original ones with the trims couldn’t be replaced. I don’t understand why they needed to be replaced to begin with since they weren’t damaged when I dropped off the vehicle for repairs. Could I at least please get them back? If the arm rest can be fixed and I at least can have the original Cherokee emblems returned to me then I will be satisfied.
