I was nervous and upset about my car, to start with, but the calm competence of your front desk, staff, and their efficiency and good manners, plus their clear and to-the-point explanations of each step in the process, soon put me at ease. The actual work done on the car itself looks beautiful. I appreciated being given direction about how long the paint needs to cure, as I have no previous experience with this sort of thing,. So often people are full of pre-suppositions, and forget that the customer isn’t experienced in their area of expertise. I’m happy to say that I did not experience that at Gerber, but felt that everything was explained very well. I found the whole thing surprisingly positive experience, given that having one’s car smashed up is never pleasant.
