I would say I am 98% satisfied. Your staff was AWESOME, you guys went the extra mile to make my car look great again. The only thing is that my door lock does not work the same as it did before the accident/repair to the door panel. When I lock my door with my remote the door locks but the lock does not go down. I guess i could bring it back in to have it worked on again but sort of inconvenient. I wouldn't hesitate to use you guys again though...nice staff and great workmanship (minus the small issue) Cheers, Ken 206.290.2292
