They need to be a little clearer about the difference between the AI updates and actual updates from the shop. An update said our car would be ready at a certain time so we turned in our rental and showed up. Turns out it was an AI update so the car was not ready. We didn’t mind waiting and enjoyed the complimentary coffee & cocoa.

Valuable interchange with your front office personnel and very professional. Get rid of your AI component, very aggravating; it’s more important to have human response and interaction.
