Gerber took our car apart after ordering parts and working with statefarm just to tell us they just checked VIN and don’t work on rebuilt titles. We lost 13 days of car rental $ from statefarm just to start over

The work to the trunk/paint/bumper seen top notch, however I’m having issue that my dashcam that was nowhere near the trunk was tampered with and emblems were misplaced and not aligned.

Decals/emblems/trunk badges on back misaligned and for some reason all the wires for my dash cam were pulled out. Zero reason anyone should have touched my dash camera. If there was an issue, it has an off button or the power cord could have been disconnected… when my wife picked it up a lady there tried to fix it and then did her best. I called in and will bring it back Wednesday when I’m in town to see if they can fix the wiring. Also waiting on one set of badges from Subaru. The paint and body work seem good with zero issues, everyone was and has been cordial and nice when I’ve called in. Only issue was the badges/emblems not being aligned how they were and the dash cam wiring being messed with.- Dr. Twigg
