After a rough start, ultimately you did a good job. Customer service got off go a rocky start. My first 3 encounters with the company, I thought the staff was rude and unhelpful, however, that did improve.

Receptionist was rude. The person who gave me the original estimate was rude and did not do a thorough job. It turned out he missed some damage. I then had to call twice to get a copy. I was then called to pick up the car and when I got there, the manager got mad at me because it wasn’t ready. Mad at me? I had to drive from Columbia to be told it wasn’t ready after a phone call saying it was. After that, I sensed an effort to be friendlier and more helpful.
