Gerber collision did such a great job with my car! It was above and beyond work! They did a few extra things I pointed out to them without question and in a couple of weeks. They took such good care of me and my car, I’m definitely going to go back for anything else!

Cruise was very patient with her, as this was her first accident that needed repairs. He explained how the indiscriminately works work to pay him and what he out of pocket would be. She showed him a couple of other repairs that she wanted done, and he gave her an estimate that was reasonable and acceptable.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Springfield (7640 Fullerton Rd, Springfield, VA 22153), and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. When I first called to schedule the repair, I spoke with Iris Rodas Molina at the front desk. I explained my specific situation and scheduling limitations, and she immediately understood and worked with me. She was professional, kind, and genuinely empathetic. She made the process easy and stress-free. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told the repair would take about 1.5 weeks. To my surprise, they completed everything in just two days. The turnaround time was incredible. At pickup, the vehicle looked brand new. The quality of the work is outstanding. I also want to recognize Cruz, the technician who completed the repairs. He personally called me when the vehicle was finished and listened carefully as I explained my work schedule. He went above and beyond by coming into work on a weekend—when the shop was normally closed—so I could pick up my vehicle. That level of effort and accommodation is rare and sincerely appreciated. At the end of the day, the repairs were excellent, but what stood out most was how I was treated. Exceptional customer service, genuine professionalism, and a human touch that money can’t buy. I found a plug disconnected and under the matting of the passenger seat. My collision sensors are sounding off a lot when I turn the van on. And there is a small dent on the back door of the van, right hand side.
