Dear Gerber , I have used a lot of different car businesses, but your business stands out above all the others. Your Customer Service is 100% you took the patient and made me understand everything that was going on. If I have to I will would use you again. Your people who work in the front office are very knowledgeable about explaining everything in a Laymans term.. I did not feel like I was being taking advantage of a rush to use your business. If I have to use this type of business again you will be number one on the list.

I don’t think it’s acceptable that once I was given the keys and told my car was ready, I later found so many defects after the repair. I expected the repair to be completed properly before the vehicle was returned to me. It’s very disappointing to discover multiple issues after being told everything was finished
