Gerber Locations in Washington (Romeo area) MI,and Sterling Heights were the two that I dealt with. After a collision I was in a bind especially due to being from out of state and on a schedule for return home. Gerber listened to my concerns and the staff at Romeo realized that they could not complete the work fast enough so they transferred it to Sterling location. Everyone loves their own car and believes it is special and although I was just another customer Gerber listened and treated me as if I was the only customer they had. They completed the work ahead of schedule and even saved an after market grille badge that I had in originally (Toyota owners you know the Taco Vinyl retro!) it’s little details like this that often surprise and mean the most to us as customers. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a repair.

Everything about Gerber Collision Services was amazing from start to finish! I could not have asked for better service! I also could not believe how quick the turnaround time was & they kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks brand new! The team at. Gerber did a fantastic job job ! My car looks brand new! The accomplished the job quickly and I was informed about the job’s progress every step of the way , which I greatly appreciated ! I was treated with copy by every person that I can into contact!
