The actual dent repair was done well, but the process by which they worked on the car damaged and broke more parts of the car that are now issues we need to address

When we had continued issues, they were generally friendly and accommodating, but they continually damaged the car and we noticed more issues every time we tried to go pick it up. They smiled and said the right thing, but our car now has a bunch of damage related to them doing the work and not the hail storm that was the cause of all this

The whole experience was not impressive... 1st week no work completed ( waiting on approval for estimate adjustment.. ( original was 5600.. ended at 14900 wow!! ) waiting on parts/ parts damaged when arrived , parts on national back order ( you name the excuse THEY used it!! Was told it was completed..it wasn't ( busted tail lights and mirror trim wasn't replaced... also there were multiple drips on hood) I picked it up today with the wrong taillight( will replace when correct one comes in) the drips are somewhat sanded out ( still there)Hood alignment is off about 1/8"( this was a hail damage claim not an accident)The car was absolutely filthy!! Not even a handwash!!

Poor workmanship. Hood not aligned properly, paint drips on edge of hood( tries to correct , but still there) wrong taillight ordered... center part of taillight cracked from rmeoval/ installation, car was absolutely filthy when I finally picked it up

Intermittent updates( usually had to call weekly to get any updates) constant lies / excuses, was told car was completed but still had a busted taillight and mirror trim.
