After I received my estimate I was told they would call me and set up a appointment for the repair after they had the replacement parts. 14 days later I called to see what was going on and I was told they forgot to call me to schedule a appointment. They never called me to tell me my car was done with the repairs. I was driving home from work and seen my car sitting in the parking lot so I stop and I was informed it was done but no ever called to me it was ready to be picked up.
