The corporate text does not communicate with the store. I drove to get my sons car which was not ready. Then the estimate was not written for all repairs needed. Not the best customer service. When it was Frankie and Dylan’s this never happened.

My car was totaled. No repair was needed. Your staff was very helpful and friendly. I think the lady I talked to a lot was Erin, she answered all my questions and kept me informed of progress.

Car looked as good and even better than when I dropped it off

Final result was fine. Dropped car off on a Monday and they did not begin work on it until Wednesday. They had it for 2 weeks and missed on 2 promise times. The third promise time was on Monday and I had to call them for them to tell me it would be one more day. After I told them that another day was unacceptable they did have the car ready on Monday. Did not receive regular phone calls to get updates, I had to call them. Incurred $400 worth of rental car fees.
