The car work is good, the gm was helpful with some issues, my only suggestion would be better communication and transparency. The lack of my suggestion is why I can say I wasn’t completely satisfied with my experience.

Wouldn’t recommend Getber and definitely wouldn’t recommend Grange to my worst enemy

The car looks good but doesn’t drive right and they just dismissed it and Melody Sears has been zero help at grange… she is an absentee employee and her side kick Amanda is terrible also… not happy with GERBER and disgusted with grange… my last day with grange is February 13 and then I get wayyyy better service and save $900 a year with more coverage. As far as my former grange agent, Joe Wagner… worthless … on accident day when I called him, he told me to handle everything myself.
