The sound that 5he car started to make an hour after the accident was not addressed and brushed off as unrelated. The care is fairly new and should have been examined to determine the issue.

Gerber team was very helpful and friendly from from checking in the car to drop off and explaining all the details on what was going on with the car and keeping me updated. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car, specifically vacuuming the floorboards, thank you.
