I was very satisfied with the repair and overall quality of service that was provided. I received my truck in a timely manner, and I found the text updates throughout the process to be very helpful. General manager Elizabeth Young was very professional and super transparent about the entirety of the process. she went out of her way to follow up on the repair process over the phone and I felt reassured that my vehicle was going to be repaired right. Her ability to engage with her customers, and to take in consideration, the recommendations of her technicians makes her an outstanding leader. Great job Elizabeth for everything you’ve done and thank you to your repair team, for making truck road-worthy again. Amazing customer service from start to finish. The communication was so direct clear precise, and it was a daily thing update regarding the vehicle and when the damage would be fixed, and if there was an extension needed, it was clearly noted.
