Elizabeth went above and beyond. Not only did she keep me informed if there were any delays ( my car is 2024) due to parts having to come directly from factory but she offered to cover the additional days of my rental car when the coverage ended. I understand she works at a job where people are not always nice to her. Even when I was there and did not realize who she was yet, I always observed great customer service and compassion.
