Very happy with the service from the front desk. Tons of communication about the progress of my car, I really appreciated that. The ladies were very nice and helpful when I dropped off and picked up. The woman overseeing my repair was very knowledgeable as well. Great turn around time so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for my rental. My only issue was the use of OEM parts for the repair, which isn't Gerber's fault. I know you guys have to use what the insurance company pays for, but one of the ladies at the front said she would take pictures of the issues with the hood and front right fender not being flush and see if we can get manufactured parts.
