From the time I heard about the company and asked my insurance adjuster about using you... to the time I left after picking up my vehicle, I was 100% satisfied with how I was treated as well as how my vehicle was treated! I got a call from them within minutes of talking to the adjuster... and had my vehicle to them within an hour. Everything went so smoothly, they had all paperwork out and ready for me, and explained everything in detail. I was told that they would update me on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which they did, as well as kept me up to date on all changes. I was told that my vehicle should be done be 7/4, and I was able to pick it up this morning - 7/1. I'm just so pleased with how the entire process went. Never having had an accident myself, I had nothing but horror stories to go by - but my experience was a dream! Thank you all so much, my vehicle looks amazing!
