I was not called when I was told I would be and if I was called at all it was at the wrong number. Communication was poor throughout process and it took longer than expected. When I declined to sign certain paperwork someone came over to explain it to me. I read and understood but did not agree with it. Their explanation was given in a way that made me feel like they though I was an idiot.

I was told when I made a January appointment for repair back in October, that the rental card (3 days) would be covered by Gates ... which has now transitioned to Gerber. As it turns out, my insurance was billed for the rental car. Even with transition in ownership, prior commitments should be honored.
