I would like to see gerber Collision & Glass expand their building and parking availability. Sometimes I get anxious watching how many vehicles are parked at this facility and if there will be more small scuffs on the vehicle before driving off the premises.

Communication and procedures before calling customer to say it's ready would be my hindrance to rating higher.

If parts are going to be aftermarket instead of OEM I would suggest stating that upfront. Two aftermarket parts were tried and had issues before we had to pay more and go through oem. This also doubled our wait time and caused us to have to rent a car on our own money. Also performing a walk through of vehicle before calling to say it's ready would be ideal. We got call was ready then we discovered the letters and windshield washer nozzle weren't put back on so were delayed another day.
