Customer service was great, from the receptionist to the person who brought me to my vehicle to find out the problem and send me text updates. The bumper looks better than it did before I came! The only issue I would say is when I got home I noticed seems to be some type on squiggly line inside of the light housing, appears that it was definitely a used light housing that was used to replace the damaged one.
