Only reason this rate isn’t a 10/10 is because I wasn’t I formed that it was a rougher part of town and vehicles don’t get locked to prevent further damage. If I had know all of this I would’ve made sure ALL valuables were removed from my vehicle before leaving in a rental.

The staff and the quality of work is amazing but the lack of communication in regards to the shop not locking customer vehicles throughout the day and at night would’ve been great information to have when I dropped my truck off. I had a toolbox with over $300 worth of tools stolen, a OBD2 scan tool stolen, a hat and a wireless car play adapter all stolen out of my vehicle in the week and a half that the shop had possession of it.
