Yo vivo en san Luis az,fui por mi carro a Phoenix y le quedó tres detalles y me dijeron lo corriera así ,no se corrigió y lo llevé a ger er de Yuma y estoy esperando me pongan dos llantas delanteras nuevas,el ajustador no quiere proponer las pongan,porque llegaron en mal estado aquí a san Luis az mis llantas estaban bien antes del accidente...es tiempo que no tengo mi carro conmigo...estoy en espera me llamen

OUTSTANDING customer service!! From the day my car was towed to the Tempe, AZ location late on a Friday afternoon, and I met Brian Kelly, he kept me informed by text or call as to status. Brian let me know when the parts came and said I would most likely have my car ready by the end of the week. As I had two friends who were still waiting for their cars to be repaired at two other body shops, I thought "no way", but remained hopeful. I picked up my car exactly one week after my car was damaged! BRAVO to the team at the Tempe Gerber location! I'm singing their praises at every opportunity!
